If your pet's health gets too low or its attacks aren't very effective against a certain combatant, you can always switch out your current pet with another companion on your team. Only pets that are considered active (i.e., those in your three Battle Pet Slots), may be switched in and out during the battle. Once the match is over, you can always change up your active pet team, which is useful if one of your pets is low on health or dead.
This was a farming spot that I made vastly popular on YouTube sometime last year. It is my FAVORITE farming spot of that era, simply becuase it was an old world farming spot that allowed you to hit almost 3 different markets. With this spot you can get cloths: Felcloth, runecloth, and mageweave. Herbs: Goldthorn, ghost mushroom, goldclover, and fadeleaf. World drops: rich purple shirt. AND a plethora of transmog from a single run. I literally had some pulls where I came out with 17,000g in item value for 10 minutes of farming. It was insane – actually it still is. Anyway If you have a druid or monk, then this is an awesome farm to hit ESPECIALLY if you are on a high populated server. Generally just pull the entire instance, and circle it back around the front. Mega gold to be made here.
Nov 9 Trial and veteran account restrictions Okay so this is something that Definitely needs to be brought to the attention of the entirety of the player base. The Restrictions for anyone who is on a trial account are as follows. - Characters that are created cannot be leveled beyond 20. (Keep in mind the max level today is 120.) - The maximum amount of gold your characters can carry is 10 gold. - The maximum amount of skill you can obtain in any profession is 100. - The only people who can see you /says and /emotes are any players who are not 10 levels above your own level. (This means the maximum level players can be before the can no longer see your emotes or /says is 31.) - The only players a trial account user can whisper, is anyone who happens to have that specific character on their friends list. - Players of a Trial account are not allowed to make use of Auction houses, Mailboxes, or any form of trading between players. - Trial account players cannot join or create any guilds. - Trial account players are unable to access Trade, Local defense, or General chats in any zone. - Trial account players are unable to invite people into parties. - No pet battling. ... For Veteran Account players, the only difference is that a Veteran account can join a guild that one of their other characters is already in. The reason this is being posted is simple. It has been very rare for me to be able to find anyone who understands the idea of a level 4 not having says or Emote during RP because of them being a Trial or Veteran account. Players who do not understand this, end up getting offended with the Trial or Veteran account owner even though they have no control over these restriction. This needs to stop. It's hard enough already as a player who is using a restricted account without players who are not attempting to understand the situation, getting hostile towards these players and completely ruining the game for our newer and Veteran players. Before a GM tries to shoot this down if they have a reason to... Keep this in mind. It's true that these users who use Trial or Veteran accounts are not paying anything, but they are still players and should be respected just as much as the players who do pay. I'm not saying remove the limitations... make people aware of the restrictions. There are players who don't know about them simply because they never had to put up with it. This makes them ignorant towards those players who do use those trial and veteran accounts and will not think twice about putting them down for something they have no control over. You can tell them to report those player all you like, but at the end of the day..... There are a lot of players who don't know about them. MAKE PEOPLE AWARE OF THE RESTRICTIONS. Vol’Dun is the hardest and most tedious of the Horde Zones in Battle for Azeroth. It’s also probably the one that makes the most sense. Each sections of quests leads directly to the one you should do next. For all of these reasons it’s going to be best to get this one done early. Thanks to any legendary items you might have collected in Legion, you’ll be strongest in the leveling process before 115 and weaker after — because that’s when the legendary effects stop working.

Unlock all of the traits in your Azerite Armor. Each piece of Azerite Armor — which can be head pieces, chest pieces and shoulders — has three traits that you can unlocked with Azerite Power, or AP. AP is something that most types of endgame activities will give you in Battle for Azeroth, but some are more effective than others. In the first few weeks, you’ll want enough AP to unlock all of the traits on all of your armor, however much that may be.
While this is more a method than a farm, I still thought it belonged in this video. This method takes advantage of the long forgotten spell, void shatter. Generally because of the logistics behind how easily obtainable void crystals are when compared to large prismatic shards, void crystals cost SUBSTANTIALLY less. The void shatter spell however turns 1 void crystal into 2 large prismatic shards. Globally large prismatic shards are worth 15g a piece, while void crystals trend around 2-4g a piece. Can you do the math on that? You can literally triple your investment cost by creating more prismatic shards for your market. All it requires is for you to get honored with the shattered sun offensive, a little known fact that most enchanters are too lazy to take advantage of. Nobody is doing this, and on most servers the market it ripe to take over. Don't believe me? Check it out yourself!
To ensure you’ve experienced as much of Battle for Azeroth’s story-based gameplay before breezing through it all with a flying mount, Horde and Alliance players will have to complete all zone-specific achievements, earned through completing main questing storylines. There are numerous side-quests peppered into each zone, and it can sometimes be difficult to tell which quests “count,” but a good rule of thumb is simply if it sounds important, it probably is.
Instead, go to Timeless Isle and take the portal to Gorgrond. From there, fly to your respective faction starting zone(Frostfire Ridge or SMV), go to your garrison, and do the quests to unlock your garrison(A short quest chain beginning down near the water where you'd otherwise start after the Dark Portal scenario). For now DO NOT collect any more treasures than absolutely needed to buy 2 experience potions! Treasures continue to be worth superior exp/h all the way to level 104!!! You don't want to begin collecting them until lvl 100 or later.
As the battle for Darkshore begins, both the Alliance and Horde are blindsided by a new development: High Overlord Saurfang, who had been defeated and captured in the Battle of Lordearon, has suddenly escaped Alliance captivity and is on the run. Sylvanas sends Horde Champions to track Saurfang down, ostensibly to extract him. However, it quickly becomes apparent that the search party is in fact an assassination squad, as Sylvanas suspects Saurfang of colluding with the Alliance in an attempt to dethrone her. While some Horde champions choose to side with Saurfang and help him escape the assassins, other champions remain loyal to Sylvanas and report Saurfang's and the dissenting champions' treachery to her.
Mining is one of the three gathering professions in the game. You mine from ore deposits for all the various ores in the game. Your customers will be blacksmiths, engineers and jewelcrafters. You can make good gold per hour from tons of different routes both farming for legion ores and farming old world ores. I personally don’t farm, so I can’t tell you the best routes, but check out Oldbess guide on mining for some great spots.
This farm almost did not make this list. Even though I have had only a little luck with it, it seems to be gathering some popularity in the gold farming community. Although I feel with the recent changes in 7.3, this farm is very close to dying out. Generally what you want to to do is pull every mob you can as you venture to the last boss in the instance. The only saving grace of this farm (if you can call it that) is that some mobs are GUARANTEED to drop greens. Guaranteed. Whether or not they drop profitable greens is a different question, however it's a must-mention quirk you get from running this instance. It also allows you to get your hands on some rare low level blues.
FYI: If you’re returning to WoW after an extended absence prior to patch 5.0.1, it’s possible that you’ll have more than the maximum pet limit and/or more than 3 of a kind. However, this will be the only time that you’re allowed to surpass these limits. You will have to pare down your collection, eliminating your duplicates, in order to add new pets.
The same goes for the level 40 mount. An elite ground mount means still-faster leveling. Not only that, but you'll get knocked off considerably less often by mobs while getting around inside zones, meaning you'll die less often as well. Remember, as the goblins are so fond of saying, "Time is money, friend!" So it behooves you to get an elite ground mount as rapidly as possible.
A stable for any healer. While not every healer uses this, those that do swear by it. It allows you to set spell combinations so that every ability you use is at its optimal effect. Healers have a large range of buffs and healing abilities, and Healbot lets you use the best ones you need when you need to. It’s a great organizing tool for any healer.
If you are just coming out of Level 110, you will probably have a number of different Legendary items to choose from. Your Legendaries' special effects will stop working at Level 116, but until then, they can be a very powerful addition to help you level up quickly. For this farm we're taking it all the way back to eastern kingdoms. We're going to be killing the purespring elementals in the purespring cavern for the item essence of water. Essence of water is a semi-rare drop that goes for a shocking 252g per piece. The caveat is that it doesn't drop all too often, but is still worth the trouble. I wasn't getting TOO many of these, but I was still making bank with them. The essences are used to create the old-world illusions, so they do have some inherent value. Simply patrol the area and kill as many elementals as your heart desires. It's a really cool and fun farm that can be done on autopilot. Usually there is noone patrolling the spot.
Much like an encounter with a wild pet team, PVP Pet Battles are turn-based. However, unlike the PVE version, the PVP combat system is timed and any ability for each round must be chosen within that time limit otherwise it will assume you have passed a turn. A time penalty is applied if you take more than 15 seconds to choose an action, resulting in progressively shorter round timers for you.
I recommend not counting on transmog sells for your monthly gametime. Its a great market, but also pretty random. You have to have the right items posted at the right moment if a player needs a certain item. If this is not the case, of course you will not sell anything to him. There are people making millions of golds a month with transmog. But they are very professional at it and it really takes a lot of time.
